Driving Under the Influence it is illegal for any person who is under the influence of any alcoholic beverage, or the combined influence of any alcoholic beverage and drug(s), to operate a motor vehicle.

Criminal Jury Instruction (DUI Trial Lawyers Only) A prosecutor must prove all elements of the crime. They must prove that the offender drove the vehicle and that the offender was under the influence of alcohol, drug(s), or both at the time they were operating the vehicle.

Driving with Prohibited Blood Alcohol Concentration it is illegal for any person with a Blood Alcohol Concentration of 0.08% or more, by weight, to operate a motor vehicle.
