Pennsylvania Man Arrested for DUI after doing "Doughnuts"

In Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, a 24 year old man was accused of driving under the influence and arrested.  The man, who is from Ohio, was stopped by police after he was seen doing "doughnuts" with his car on a snow and ice covered airport runway in Pittsburg.

When police found the man, they asked him to stop spinning on the runway of Beaver County Airport, but he refused to listen and continually ignored their orders.

Police report that they followed the man into the parking lot, where he claimed that he had permission from the Federal Aviation Administration to test his vehicle's brakes on the runway.  The airport, where the DUI offender was apprehended, is located approximately 40 miles from Pittsburg.

The 24 year old is now facing charges for drunk driving and other DUI related offenses.
