Maribel Delgado of "The Bachelor" Arrested for DUI in Florida

In Los Angeles, California, a two-time contestant from "The Bachelor", Maribel Delgado, was charged with driving under the influence on Thursday morning. 

According to Access Hollywood, Maribel was placed under arrest on the corner of Kennedy Blvd. and Westshore Plaza in Tampa, Florida.  Her arrest took place at 12:45 AM.

The 42-year-old woman won the sixth season of the ABC reality TV show and is also a former cheerleader with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Police say that she was charged with a misdemeanor for DUI and that she refused to give a blood alcohol test. She was later released after posting $500 bail.

Access Hollywood says that Maribel was a contestant on "The Bachelor" in 2003 and 2004. During her second appearance, she was proposed to by Byron Velvick.  The couple remained together, but finally ended their relationship in December of 2009.
