Man Arrested for 12th DUI

A man in Medina, Ohio has been arrested for his 12th DUI. Kelly Dorler was reportedly arrested after police received a call from a person who stated that his van was weaving in lanes. Police were then able to pull him over and administered a blood alcohol test that measured at .174 percent. He has now been arrested for OVI, a third degree felony.
