A four-year-old boy was killed in an accident when a possible drunken driver crashed into the back of a truck that was stopped on the side of U.S. 101 in San Jose, California. As a result of the accident, James Francis Lee was arrested. The father who was with the boy suffered a broken jaw and fracture rib. Lee was later booked into county jail on suspicion of felony driving under the influence and vehicular manslaughter.
