Marley Shelton, who was in 'Sandlot,' is going to have her DUI charges dismissed because of a plea deal she has reached. She was originally arrested in April after failing a field sobriety test. In her plea deal, she will plead no contest to speed exhibition which will result in a fine of $240 plus penalties and 24 months of informal probation.
