Threes Company Actress Pleads No Contest to DUI

Last year, Threes Company actress Joyce DeWitt was arrested for driving under the influence in El Segundo, California.  This year, she pled no contest to her criminal charges

Under the terms of an agreement that DeWitt reached with prosecutors, she will have to pay a $510 fine, serve three years of probation.  The actress will also have to attend an alcohol treatment program for nine months.

Last July, DeWitt was charged with DUI and also charged with a per se offense for having a blood alcohol concentration of .08%.  Both offenses are misdemeanors in the state of California.  At the time of her arrest, DeWitt had a BAC of 0.15%, which is almost twice the state's legal limit.

Police report that prior to being arrested, the actress drove around a barricade after a local fireworks event.

If you have been charged with DUI, now I the time to speak with a DUI defense lawyer!
