A woman was arrested in Tennessee for suspicion of driving under the influence with a baby in her vehicle. Greta D. Newland was seen swerving in and out of lanes which led to the woman being pulled over. Police report that she had an open bottle of whiskey in her car and had a breath test recorded at .189 percent. She does have four previous DUI charges.
