Man Sentenced for 7th DUI

A Butte, Montana man has been sentenced to 13 months in the State Department of Corrections for his seventh DUI. He will also have 13 years of supervised probation. Randal Armstrong was arrested earlier this year and also charged with felony criminal endangerment. He will have to undergo chemical dependency treatment. He could be eligible for release in six months if he completes the dependency program.
