Vince Neil Pleads Not Guilty to DUI

Today, it has been reported that Vince Neil, the lead singer of the band Motley Crue, has pled not guilty to charges of driving under the influence (DUI).

On June 27th, Neil was arrested by police in Las Vegas while driving on the strip.

According to local news station KVVU, Neil's trial date has been set for January 6th.

Neil did not appear in court to enter his plea.  Instead, his attorney spoke on his behalf.  The singer is accused of having a blood alcohol content three times the state's legal limit of 0.08%.  In the arrest report, it is said that the singer could barely stand on his own when stopped by police.  He lives in Las Vegas with his wife.

If you have been charged with driving under the influence, the best thing you can do to protect your rights and the outcome of your case is to hire a DUI attorney.
