Blood Draw Not Admissible in Court

In an Indiana DUI case, Officer David Bisard's DUI charges will be dismissed, but he will still facing reckless homicide and criminal recklessness charges. The charge is being dropped because the lab tech who drew the officer's blood sample at an occupational health clinic was not certified under Indiana's DUI laws to do such work for a criminal case. The officer was reportedly driving drunk when he caused a fatal accident with two motorcycles.
