A Nez Perce County, Idaho deputy has reportedly been arrested for suspicion of drunken driving. Gaylord Jay Colvin was reportedly stopped in traffic after he was driving his truck without its headlights on early in the morning. Colvin then refused to perform roadside tests and did not give a breath sample. As a result he was processed at county jail. Colvin has not been placed on leave as a result of the arrest.
