A former Rhode Island elementary school teacher has reportedly been arrested and charged with driving under the influence. Kathleen A. Borgia was reportedly arrested for DUI for the second time. During the arrest, she also allegedly kicked the officer as she was being placed in the patrol car. Now, she has also been charged with assault on an officer and interfering with an officer.
