A man in the Petaluma, California area has been arrested for driving under the influence while driving a backhoe. Juan Pablo Hernandez reported that he was driving the backhoe in order to pull his other vehicle free as it was in a ditch. The officer who had responded claims that Hernandez did not seem sober. Hernandez then reportedly failed the field sobriety test. He has since been arrested on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence and for driving without a license.
