A man in the Petaluma, California area has been arrested for driving under the influence while driving a backhoe. Juan Pablo Hernandez reported that he was driving the backhoe in order to pull his other vehicle free as it was in a ditch. The officer who had responded claims that Hernandez did not seem sober.
