A woman in the Cape Coral area has reportedly been charged with DUI after she was involved in an accident with a school bus. The woman, Carol Biedrzycki, hit the bus that was carrying children at the time. She then reportedly blew .213 percent on her breath test and admitted to drinking two glasses of wine and taking four Ativans. A student on the bus who was a witness to the accident reported seeing the driver put down a drink after the accident.
