A man in the McHenry, Illinois area has reportedly received his 4th DUI in 14 months. According to reports, the man was involved in a dirt bike accident which led to the fourth charge. The underage man has formally been charged with aggravated DUI and driving on a suspended license. He could now be facing up to a year behind bars if he is found guilty on this matter.
