California DUI Offenders Possibly Shamed on Facebook

It is being reported that Huntington Beach is considering fighting drunk driving by posting pictures of repeat DUI offenders on the police department’s Facebook page. Apparently, DUI matters are of serious concern in this California town as about 1,700 DUI arrests were made in 2009. Now, the police department may shame drivers into thinking again before driving after they have been drinking. It was originally proposed that all DUI offenders have their pictures posted on the Facebook page.
