Jessica Parr has reportedly pleaded not guilty to the charges of DUI and more in a case where she allegedly injured another person in an accident. Parr reportedly hit Kim Tyrseck as she was crossing the street in the New Britain, Connecticut area. It has been reported that Parr was twice the legal limit.
