Eddie Cibrian’s ex, Brandi Glanville, will apparently not be facing jail time for her recent DUI arrest. According to reports, Glanville agreed to a plea deal by pleading no contest to driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher. Now, she has been sentenced to 36 months probation and a $390 fine. Glanville will also have to complete a three-month alcohol program.
