Star Facing Underage DUI Charges in California

Just a few weeks ago, a well-known TV star was arrested in California for driving under the influence.  Police decided to stop the star when he cruised through an intersection instead of slowing down and later discovered that he was operating his vehicle while under the influence.

Now, police say that the star is facing not one, but two counts of DUI.  If he is convicted, they say that he may be facing jail time for his offenses. 

Officers told news sources that the 20-year-old actor was asked to take a breath test when he was pulled over.  His result was above the state's limit of 0.08%, so now he is not only facing underage DUI charges, but also DUI with a blood alcohol of 0.08% or higher.

Following his arrest, the actor was released from jail after posting bail.  He is expected to make his first court appearance in November.
