Two Injured and One Killed in DUI Accident

Last week in Florida, an intoxicated driver killed a woman and seriously injured two more passengers. Eyewitness reports state that a passenger car was trying to merge onto the northbound-side interstate when it was struck in the side by a SUV. The man found to have been driving the SUV, 37-year-old J.M., was allegedly very intoxicated. The responding officers charged him with two counts of DUI causing serious bodily injury, one count of vehicular manslaughter, DUI causing property damage and driving with a suspended license.

The fatality victim was identified as M.H., a 22-year-old woman. Her two passengers, a 24-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman, were rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries.
