Drunk Driver Plows Through Front of Liquor Store

A woman who was found to be driving under the influence created an ironic accident. Police were called to the scene when her vehicle drove through the front of a liquor store last week in East Haven. The driver, 63-year-old S.B., has denied being under the influence. Instead, she has blamed her DUI accident on Armor All and Nyquil. What is known is that she drove through the front of a liquor store and proceeded halfway into the store before coming to a stop. One of the store employees was seriously injured and was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.

After failing a field sobriety test, S.B. was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence and reckless driving. If you have been arrested for causing a DUI accident, you should consider seeking legal counsel immediately. Don't wait to arrange a time to speak with a DUI attorney in your city of residence.
