Mets Catcher Arrested For Suspicion Of DUI

Another star athlete has found himself behind bars for drinking and driving. Eric Langill, a catcher for the Mets, was arrested last week in Florida on suspicion of DUI. According to the police report, the catcher was involved in a serious drunk driving accident. A fellow motorist called 911 when he witnessed Langill's vehicle hit a curb, strike a road sign and a fountain before flipping over. Although the driver was relatively uninjured, he failed his field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.

Langill was alone when the accident occurred. He had reportedly just left a bowling party sponsored by his team. His actions have led team officials to reconsider serving alcohol at team-sponsored events. At this time, Langill has not been disciplined by his team. Do you have a DUI arrest on your record?
