Possible DUI Leads to Injuries in San Diego

In San Diego, a driver who was possibly under the influence of alcohol crashed into a chain link fence.  After crashing through the fence, the motor vehicle hit an electrical box in Skyline and led to one passenger having to be hospitalized with major head injuries.

The accident occurred on Thursday at approximately 2:30 AM, according to the San Diego police department.  The vehicle, a Pontiac Firebird, was driving near South Meadowbrook Drive and Paradise Valley Road.

Aside from the male passenger that had sustained head injuries, three other individuals were inside the vehicle.  At this time, police suspect that drunk driving may have been involved, but they have not stated whether the driver was arrested or not.

If you have been charged with drunk driving or causing a DUI accident, it is imperative that you obtain appropriate legal representation from a DUI attorney if you hope to fight your criminal charges.
