A Fargo man has been arrested on suspicion of DUI after he reportedly crashed through an Air Guard base fence. He was also driving on a revoked license at the time of the accident. Larry Harvey reportedly crashed into a tree and then continued to crash into the fence. The car also caught on fire, but Harvey was able to get out in time.
