Man Sentenced for DUI

A police captain in the Hastings, Nebraska area was reportedly sentenced in regard to an alleged DUI incident. According to reports, the man was charged with willful reckless driving instead of the more serious charge of DUI. He was then sentenced to 179 days of probation, a $250 fine and completion of an attitudinal dynamics class. The original DUI charge stems from an accident that involved no injuries.
