An Owen County, Kentucky official has reportedly had his driving under the influence charge reduced. According to reports, the charge has been reduced to reckless driving in the matter where his blood alcohol level was at .084 percent the first time it was tested and at .062 the second time. He was originally charged with first-degree DUI and speeding more than 15 mph over the limit. He will reportedly have to pay $243 in court fees.
