Sixth DUI Sends Man to Prison

In the Canton, Ohio area, a man has been convicted of driving drunk for a sixth time and will now be spending some time in jail as a result. Kevin D. Culberson has been sentenced to a 16-month prison term and suspended his license for five years. Culberson received his sixth DUI when his car went off the road, down an embankment and struck a tree. He later admitted to drinking beer and pleaded guilty to a felony count of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
