A man in the Billings, Montana area has reportedly been sentenced to four years in state custody as a result of his 5th DUI charge. Michael Burton Croft reportedly admitted to driving under the influence and will also be paying a $3,000 fine and will likely have to undergo alcohol treatment. Croft was originally arrested after he was pulled over for no license plate and a defective tail light. The officer then found he smelled of alcohol and had beer cans in his vehicle.
