Twenty-one-year-old Joshua Scott Crimm was sentenced to 15 to 18 months in jail as a result of the 2008 arrest. Officers report that Crimm rear-ended another vehicle and left the scene of the accident. He then refused to take a breath test after officers located him at a residence. Crimm has been given credit for 110 days of time already served.
