Five People Involved in Christmas DUI Accident

Alcohol ruined Christmas for five people in Tacoma when a man thought to be driving under the influence caused a head-on collision. Although the man's identity has yet to be released to the public, officers with the State Patrol did say that he is a 35-year-old man from Tacoma who was driving a BMW before being arrested on driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The driver of the other vehicle involved, 22-year-old Maura Senecal, had three passengers in her SUV: Connor Senecal, 24; Clare Senecal, 19; and Aidan Senecal, 16. All are children of Dr. Frank Senecal, a well-known oncologist in the area, and wife Mary. The family lives in University Place. Everyone in the SUV was brought to Multicare Hospital; a spokeswoman later commented that Conor and Clare had already been released while Aidan and Maura are currently in satisfactory condition.

If you have recently been arrested on DUI charges you need a DUI attorney now to help you fight your case. It could make the difference between jail time and your freedom.
