A man in the Douglas County, Nebraska area has reportedly been arrested for his third DUI. The 21-year-old Zachary D. Nielsen reportedly made a left turn without signaling. Officers pulled him over and then reportedly noticed the smell of alcohol on his breath. When he was tested for DUI, his blood alcohol level was reportedly .218 percent. He has previously been convicted of DUI charges in March 2008 and April 2008.
