Man Arrested for Third DUI

A man in the Douglas County, Nebraska area has reportedly been arrested for his third DUI. The 21-year-old Zachary D. Nielsen reportedly made a left turn without signaling. Officers pulled him over and then reportedly noticed the smell of alcohol on his breath. When he was tested for
